Orders and Shipping
How do I place an order?
Browse the store, pick your item and variant, and add it to your cart. When you are ready, head to checkout and enter your shipping address and payment details. You will get an order confirmation by email as soon as your purchase goes through.
Do you ship within the United States?
Yes, we ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping at this stage, so orders placed to addresses outside the United States cannot be fulfilled.
Do you charge for shipping?
Every order placed with Tithesource ships free, with no minimum spend required. We currently fulfill within the United States only and do not offer international delivery at this stage.
What shipping methods are available?
We ship via standard tracked delivery for all orders. You will receive a tracking link by email once your package has been dispatched so you can follow it every step of the way.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, not counting weekends or U.S. holidays. After that, standard transit takes a further 5 to 7 business days. You will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way.
Why might my order arrive in multiple packages?
If you ordered more than one item, they may ship from separate locations and arrive on different days. This is normal and does not mean anything has gone missing. Check your tracking link to see the status of each package. If something looks off after the full delivery window has passed, email us at support@tithesource.com and we will look into it.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can it still be updated?
Reach out to us as soon as you spot the mistake. Email support@tithesource.com within 24 hours of placing the order, and if it has not entered processing yet we can usually update the address for you.
The estimated delivery window has passed and my order isn't here yet. What now?
Start with the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, since occasional carrier scan delays can pause an update without the package being stuck. Keep in mind that processing adds 1 to 2 business days on top of the transit window. If the full estimated window has elapsed and your order still has not arrived, get in touch at support@tithesource.com and we will open an investigation right away.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Can I cancel or edit an order after placing it?
Orders move into the fulfillment queue shortly after checkout. If you need to cancel or adjust an order, email support@tithesource.com within 24 hours and we will make every effort to catch it before it ships. Beyond that point, changes are no longer possible.
What is the process for returning an item?
Unworn items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@tithesource.com with your order number and which pieces are coming back. Once your request is approved, we will send full instructions along with the return address. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed. The customer covers return shipping for change of mind and sizing returns. Tithesource covers it in full when an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
The size or color isn't quite right. Can I swap it?
Yes. Email our team at support@tithesource.com or use the contact form below and we will walk you through the exchange step by step. Most swaps are handled as a return followed by a fresh order, which is the fastest way to lock in the replacement piece while it is in stock.
My item arrived damaged or defective. What do I do?
Apologies that you are dealing with this. Email support@tithesource.com within 7 days of delivery, attaching photographs of the issue along with the outer packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, and you will not need to ship the item back at your own expense.
Support and Order Issues
I have a question about my order. How do I reach you?
Email us at support@tithesource.com or use the contact form at the bottom of this page. We are available Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and aim to respond within 1 to 2 business days. Please include your order number so we can pull things up quickly.
My package shows as delivered but I never received it.
Start by checking around your property, with a neighbor, and at any mailroom or reception area, as carriers sometimes mark a package as delivered shortly before it physically arrives. If it still has not turned up within 2 business days of the delivery scan, email us at support@tithesource.com with your order number and we will file a carrier claim and work out a resolution with you.
